Took a little shorter walk today. The knee was smarting a little today and I think it is more from the bending exercise I do to keep it flexible than the walking but not sure. I walked with MapMyWalk+! Distance: 2.16mi, time: 45:13, pace: 20:58min/mi, speed: 2.86mi/h.

Windy today and maybe just a little cooler but not much.
Did the laundry today, it was due. Other than laundry and a wee bit of exercise not much going on for me today. I like a slow days every now and again, good to just lay back sometimes.
