Motivation

Bird: On with the Gold Finches.

Exercise: I rode the bike for 6 miles this morning at a good speed and will probably ride more later on today. Added my stretching too. Now to find the motivation to lift on my dumb-bells for a little while ……

Update, I did do a little with the Dumb-bells, not much but a little something.

  1. One of the few things I miss about southern Indiana is the birds, especially the gold finches. My dumbells have been lying on the floor for much of the summer – let’s BOTH get at it! :o)

    1. Yes, I miss the colors in the spring and the fall, along with some of the birds. I have been seeing lots of Lesser Gold Finches around here though, I should buy a thistle bag to see if they would feed.
      I am setting a gold of of working with the dumb-bells every other day, let the will power battle began. LOL.

  2. Work up slowly with the dumbbells because they can really do a number on your ligaments and muscles if you tax them too much, too soon. Easy does it! ;->
