Exercise: I walked 3.4 miles this morning.

Exercise: We walked 3.25 miles today, little shorter today, but still a good walk for me.
Birds: I am seeing my first Rufus Hummers, the fun Hummers 🙂

Moved: I have moved from the west of Flagstaff to the south of Flagstaff, Still in the the Coconino National Forest.

Chores: I went into the city to do chores today, laundry, shopping and such.

Exercise: We walked about 4 miles this morning and I will take the next two days off.

Exercise: I walked 4.1 miles this morning and it felt pretty good. I was not sure how today would go after yesterday’s big walk but the knees did not fail me. I think if I take at least two days a week off I’ll be okay.

Exercise: I walked for 10 miles this morning and it kick my backside for sure. I use to take these kinds of long walks but I have put on weight and it makes a big difference. My friend told me she was going to head into the city today and may not walk so I took on the big walk by starting early to avoid the heat.
Pictures: This bird has become a regular visitor. I have not had a lot of Jays come to my feeder setups.
Exercise: Jeanne and I walked 4.2 miles today.
Pictures: This Squirrel has gotten so it enjoys a cool drink of water and few seeds and has become a regular visitor.
Exercise: We walked for 4.8 miles today, a good walk.
