Pictures: These little berries are about half dine size and comes in the fall on a plant that blooms in the summer with little rose like flowers and the plants looks like a wild rose bush.

Weather: It has been just about prefect for my taste. Nice mild day temperatures and nice cool nights and the days are mostly sunny.

    Wow, you have lost a lot of weight in just a month’s time. over a 100 lbs. Is that possible?

    1. LOL, absolutely not!!!!! Typo big time, I have updated that. Thank you ever so much for bring that to my attention πŸ™‚ . In my silly defense …. I did lose 5 lbs 😊 that month, which I am pretty happy with!

        Phew. I am glad you are o.k. And 5 lbs is great. It has taken me that long as well to lose some of it.
        As with anything..easy does it.

Thanks Meta, I have took on this losing weight things 3 times in life now going down over a 100 lbs the first two time and down around 50 or 60 this time(from 270+ in Feb) and if one can lose a lb a week continuous for months at a time …… they are doing really good! The first month or two one can drop more then that faster but after one set in on the long term it takes some time to lose without doing silly things.

          The fun thing about the Atkins Diet is in the first couple weeks, one drops 10 to 20 lbs of water weight which get you started on the diet with some encouragement πŸ™‚


    1. I do find the Atkins diet is easier for me to follow. While on the Atkins Diet one should drink a lot of water and I do. It is a diet that I can do and not feel hungry πŸ™‚
