Exercise : I did pretty good this week by topping out with another 10 mile week. Couple days off now to let the knees recover a bit.

    1. It was taken pretty close to St Patrick’s day wasn’t it? I hadn’t even noticed. I remember this turtle kept moving around on me and I was going to call this a action shot ….. but I knew you guys would just make fun of me, LOL!
      The truth is, I can’t remember where I took this shot, I know I was still in KY at the time.
