Pictures : Here is a shot of a Phainopepla from way back. I love the red eyes on these birds and the birds make a neat little sounds too. The shot was kind of long, so not great for detail but I liked the over all shot.
Exercise : Well If I can make tomorrow’s walk two miles I will have 3 weeks in at staying with the two mile walks, a good thing. I got to give the knees a Attaboy!
