South Monticello Camp Ground (Part of Elephant Butte Lake State Park, Elephant Butte Lake State park, Caballo Lake State Park and Percha Dam State Park. Nice Camp Grounds with electric site and water. Good TV on antenna at All Elephant Butte Parks and I loss 1 network at Caballo and two at Percha. Both Verizon and AT&T have good internet connection at all Parks. Length of Stay allow, 2 Weeks Elevation: 4500 feet.
